Description

Whether you're looking for power when you're camping, RVing or tailgating, or just peace of mind during a power outage, the Champion 100263 3400 Watt Generator is the perfect solution. This inverter generator provides the ultimate in flexibility: You can power it with either gasoline or propane. Expect 7.5 hours of running time at quarter load on gas, and 14.5 hours when using a 20-pound propane tank. Getting this generator started couldn't be simpler with the electric start with 3-position switch. It also strikes a good balance between power and quiet. It’s brawny enough to run most 15,000 BTU RV air conditioners, but it operates at just 59 dBA from about 23 feet away. The noise level will fluctuate a little depending on the kind of load you’re running, but at a quarter load and using Economy Mode, you’ll still be able to carry out a conversation, and its quiet is especially appreciated when fellow tailgaters or campers are nearby. The generator won’t blow out your sensitive electronics, such as computers, because its total harmonic distortion (THD) does not exceed 3 percent. Designed for safety with a low oil shut-off sensor, this inverter has a 0.6-quart oil capacity (recommended 10W-30) and 1.6-gallon gas tank. Champion’s inverter technology includes smart Economy Mode, which can reduce the electrical load, providing quieter operation, extended engine life and better fuel economy. Included are a 120V 30A RV (TT-30R), two 120V 20A household outlets (5-20R), a 12V DC automotive-style outlet with dual USB adapter, plus a propane hose with a built-in regulator for those times you want to use propane to power the generator. This inverter generator comes fully assembled with foldaway handle for easy storage and built-in handles and never-flat tires for easy transport. Getting power when and where you need it is easy and convenient with the Champion 100263 3400 Watt Generator.

Easy to use and works great!

Got this to use for camping. Nice to not have to carry gas if I don't want to since propane is always around. The handle is nice for pulling around. Mostly it'll just stay in the pickup bed though.
